
Chido joined Birketts in November 2023 after completing her training contract in-house with a local authority in North Norfolk.
She is a Solicitor within our Property Litigation Team, based in our Norwich office.
Chido advises on a range of general property disputes such as residential and commercial landlord and tenant, including breach of lease covenants, break clauses, forfeiture and rent arrears.
Chido has experience in dealing with possession claims, and can assist in serving notices, issuing proceedings, attending and making representations in the County Court. Chido also assists with matters relating to the termination of Agricultural leases as governed by Agricultural Tenancies Act and Agricultural Holdings Act.
Chido has experience in property litigation, civil litigation, commercial property and planning law.

Successfully secured a possession order on behalf of an Estate client on an assured agricultural occupancy matter.
Successfully advised a commercial landlord on forfeiture proceedings.
Successfully, and meticulously advised a commercial tenant, in exercising their break notice under the Lease.
