Specialising in corporate law, Dominic Cowie assists the corporate team and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, as well as a range of other corporate matters including complex reorganisations, articles of association, shareholder agreements, share issues, transfers and buybacks.
Dominic’s experience has covered a broad range of sectors including insurance, information technology, food and beverages, construction, engineering, ecclesiastical, and agriculture.
Prior to Birketts, Dominic completed his training contract at a regional law firm.
Dominic is based in our Chelmsford office.
