Specialising in corporate law, Dominic assists the Corporate Team and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, as well as a range of other corporate matters including articles of association, shareholder agreements, share issues, transfers and buybacks. Other areas of expertise are complex group reorganisations and demergers.
Dominic’s experience has covered a broad range of sectors including insurance, construction, engineering, ecclesiastical, and agriculture.
Prior to Birketts, Dominic completed his training contract at a regional law firm.
