Donatas joined Birkett’s in September 2022 and is a Solicitor in the Housebuilder Team in Norwich.

Donatas studied for his law degree at the University of Reading and graduated in 2015. Following this, Donatas joined a local firm in Norwich. Donatas then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at BPP Cambridge in 2019, he then undertook his training contract, qualifying in April 2021.

Donatas has a broad background in residential and commercial property having worked in the field since 2015. He has gained experience in dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing and commercial work, managing transactions from inception through to completion.

Donatas specialises in residential development work and enjoys the ability of seeing a development from bare land through to a fully developed and occupied site. Donatas has worked for a number of Developer clients dealing with all forms of Freehold and Leasehold schemes. His extensive experience means that he understands the issues faced from both sides of the deal and can provide a comprehensive service to clients through all stages of any transaction from the initial acquisition of the site, through to site set up, management and disposal.
