Elliot Wotton

Elliot joined Birketts in September 2020 and is a Solicitor in our Real Estate Investment Team.

Elliot has experience dealing with the acquisition, disposal, financing and asset management of high-value commercial property portfolios for leading real estate investment funds, asset managers and institutional investors.

Elliot’s experience to date includes advising clients on a broad range of transactions with a primary focus across the retail park, office, industrial and logistics sectors.

Elliot also has a keen interest in development and strategic land transactions and takes pride in going the extra mile to achieve positive outcomes for clients in a commercial, pragmatic and efficient way. Elliot achieved a First Class Law with European Legal Systems degree at the University of East Anglia before completing the Legal Practice Course at BPP University in Cambridge, where he achieved a distinction classification. Prior to joining Birketts, Elliot spent 12 months working as a Paralegal at a Magic Circle law firm.
