Emily Archbold is a Solicitor in our private wealth disputes team based in Norwich.
Emily advises individuals, executors, administrators, trustees and beneficiaries on a broad range of inheritance, estate and trust disputes, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, challenges to the validity of Wills, and disputes relating to the administration of estates and trusts.
Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2026, Emily joined the firm in September 2024 as a Trainee Solicitor. During her training contract, she worked within our private client advisory, employment and real estate investment teams.
