Emily is a Trainee Solicitor in her fourth seat with the employment team in our Norwich office.
Emily supports the team on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for both employers and employees, including tribunal claims, employment contracts, policies and procedures, settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance issues, and redundancy.
In her third seat, Emily assisted our private wealth disputes team across the Ipswich and Norwich offices. Emily supported the team with contentious trusts and probate matters, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, challenges to the validity of wills, and disputes concerning the administration of estates and trusts.
Emily’s second seat was with the private client advisory team in the Ipswich office, where she helped the team with the preparation of wills and lasting powers of attorney, as well as the administration of estates and trusts.
During her first seat, Emily sat with the real estate investment team in the Norwich office, where she assisted with asset management, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, and the refinancing of large property portfolios.
