Emily Jones
Emily is an Associate in the Regulatory and Corporate Defence Team based in Norwich.
Emily assists the team with a wide range of regulatory matters (including health and safety and environmental offences), inquests and private criminal defence matters.
Emily forms part of our Food and Beverages Team and works closely with Julie Gowland to deliver comprehensive legal support and advice to clients. Together, they offer expert guidance on regulatory issues, environmental concerns, health and safety matters, licensing issues, and investigations to both individuals and companies within the food and beverages industry.
Emily has previous experience advising on property and commercial litigation matters including landlord and tenant issues, contract disputes, civil and commercial debt recovery, partnership and director disputes, fraud, defamation, harassment, and enforcement of Judgments.
Prior to qualification, Emily worked in a city firm supporting a Tier 1 Regulatory, Health and Safety team.
Outside of work, Emily plays netball in her local Prem Division, coaches two local teams and regularly umpires. Emily is working towards her C Umpire Award and Level 1 coaching award.
Emily is a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers’ Association.
