She is a qualified Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
Emma has worked on various tax advisory projects and M&A deals for a range of diverse clientele, including corporates, private equity firms, individuals, and high-profile clients. From individual tax returns, intricate advisory projects and M&A deals, she has assisted clients in navigating the complexities of the tax system.
Emma is fluent in English and Afrikaans.

Advised the shareholder of Thunderbrook Equestrian Ltd on the sale of its entire share capital to Pavo (part of the ForFarmers Group operating in the equine sector).
Advised various shareholder companies on the sale of the entire issued share capital of London-based Coyote Software, an InvestorFlow product, with its US subsidiary, to InvestorFlow.
Advised Euronext, the leading pan-European market infrastructure, on its 75% share capital acquisition of Global Rate Set Systems which is a leading provider of services to benchmark administrators.
