Gavin joined Birketts in April 2017 as a Partner in our Commercial Real Estate Team in Cambridge, having practised at a leading London law firm since qualification in November 1990.
Gavin advises on the full range of commercial real estate interests of leading institutional, corporate and ultra high net worth private clients, both domestic and international. He specialises in the acquisition, funding, development, letting, asset management and disposal of investment, development and occupational real estate across all sectors.
Gavin has particular experience of advising on the commercial real estate interests of long and ultra-long term holders of investment real estate interests, including endowed charities, family offices, livery companies, leading diocesan authorities, landed estates, secondary and higher education bodies and similar institutions.
