Gemma qualified as a Solicitor in January 2022 and is a member of our Agriculture and Estates Team, having joined Birketts in August 2022.
Gemma assists the Agriculture and Estates Team acting for a wide range of clients, from farming partnerships, land owners, agricultural tenants, private individuals and trustees. Gemma deals with a wide range of agricultural law issues including agricultural land acquisitions and disposals, agricultural tenancies, rights of way, deeds of easement and first registrations of land.
Prior to joining Birketts, Gemma trained and qualified at a firm in Chelmsford where she gained experience in rural property, commercial property, property disputes and trusts.
Gemma is based at our Cambridge office.
