Georgia works with developers and utility providers providing a comprehensive understanding of the essential aspects of land right utility transactions. This includes transactions dealing with electricity and electricity services, gas and gas transporters, fibre optics, water, and heat distribution.
As part of the team Georgia provides expertise in advising IDNO’s (Independent Distribution Network Operators) and working closely with DNO’s (Distribution Network Operations) in a niche and sometimes complex area working to ensure their interests are always protected and the transactions move efficiently to complete within the projected timescales.
Georgia is also working on expanding her specialist area by becoming involved in the land rights process for EV and Electric Vehicle charge point transactions working closely with providers to ensure seamless transactions with consistent updates and open communication to maintain positive relationships with clients.
Georgia aspires to qualify as a Solicitor and will be undertaking the Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship.
