Georgia Robertson

Georgia joined Birketts as a Trainee in September 2015, qualifying into our Private Client Advisory Team in September 2017.

Georgia has experience assisting the team with a range of different matters, including drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and providing advice to clients in relation to Inheritance Tax. Georgia was also responsible for managing a number of probate files.

During her training, Georgia also gained experience in the Commercial Property Team in Chelmsford where she drafted leases, contracts, transfers and reports on title. She was also responsible for numerous complex Land Registry applications.

Georgia also sat with the Employment Team where she assisted colleagues on a wide range of matters, including drafting and reviewing settlement agreements and employment contracts, as well as providing advice to clients on a variety of employment issues. Georgia also gained experience in preparing a matter for litigation and attended the employment tribunal.

Georgia is based in our Ipswich office.
