Grace Humby
Grace is a Trainee Solicitor in her second seat with the Shipping & International Trade Team in Ipswich.
Previously, Grace completed her first seat with our Agriculture and Estates Team based in Norwich. Prior to Grace’s trainee role, Grace was a Paralegal in our Real Estate Finance Team from September 2019. She managed a large caseload of secured lending transactions for two UK banking groups. She acted on commercial and buy to let mortgages involving a wide range lenders and borrowers on security over development sites (residential and commercial), investment properties and property portfolios.
Grace graduated from The University of Manchester in 2018 where she studied Law with Politics. In 2019 she completed the LPC with Masters, her chosen electives were Banking & Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions and Advanced Real Estate.
