Hannah Findlay

Hannah Findlay joined Birketts as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2024 and qualified as a Solicitor in the banking and finance team in September 2026.

Hannah works on a variety of different financing transactions acting for both borrower and lender including conventional lending transactions, refinancing transactions, corporate acquisition financing and real estate financing.

Prior to joining Birketts, Hannah studied English with Creative Writing at the University of Nottingham. Since then, she has completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and received a Distinction in the LLM Legal Practice (SQE1 & 2). In her LLM, she elected to focus on the key practice areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial and International Trade, and Advanced Real Estate.

Hannah previously worked in a leading commercial-chancery set in London and volunteered for Uttlesford Citizens Advice Bureau.
