Heidi joined Birketts as a Trainee in September 2012 and qualified into the corporate team in Chelmsford, where she is now a Professional Support Lawyer.

Heidi’s work includes designing and delivering training to the corporate team, ensuring they are abreast of the latest corporate law developments and market practices. She also prepares technical precedents for the team and contributes to the firm’s knowledge management strategy.

Heidi has over a decade of experience as a corporate transactional lawyer with the firm. She has developed expertise in sales to employee ownership trusts.
