Heidi joined Birketts as a Trainee in September 2012 and qualified into the Corporate Team in Chelmsford where she is now a Senior Associate.

Heidi has experience working for an array of clients, ranging from start-up businesses to international corporate entities, but the majority of her work is for family-owned businesses. Heidi specialises in corporate transactional work and has experience advising on share and asset disposals and acquisitions, share subscription and investment agreements, management buy-outs, employee ownership trusts, reorganisations and joint ventures.

Heidi’s practice also involves advising on day-to-day corporate matters, such as share buybacks, share capital reductions and general corporate governance.
