Helen Cordingley

Helen qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 and joined Birketts in September 2019. She is a Legal Director in our Private Client Advisory Team.
Helen specialises in a wide range of Private Client work including tax and succession planning for high net worth clients, complex estate administrations including Deeds of Variation where appropriate, the creation and administration of Trusts, Wills and Powers of Attorney. She also has experience of being Court appointed independent Personal Representative in contentious probate matters, working alongside our Dispute Resolution Team. Helen is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, having passed with distinction, and is secretary to the Norfolk and Norwich branch. She is also a Trustee of Big C (registered charity number 281730).
Helen is based in our Norwich office.
