Ivana Radovic

Ivana Radovic joined Birketts in 2019 and is Legal Director in our Ipswich Family Team.

Ivana advises clients on all aspects of family law including divorce proceedings, financial matters arising from a divorce, providing clients with advice following a breakdown of relationship or dissolution of a civil partnership, advising clients regarding child arrangements including spend time with and live with arrangements as well as specific issues such as education and removal from the jurisdiction. Ivana also advises in relation to Pre-Nuptial and Post-Nuptial Agreements. For couples that are planning on living together Ivana provides advice in relation to living together agreements and works closely with the property litigation department where non-married couples relationship breaks down. Ivana deals with a range of cases including High Net Worth individuals and Family Limited Companies and Partnerships.
