Jade Urbanski
Jade joined Birketts in 2023 and works alongside Stuart Cleak and Mark Brookman based in our Bristol office.
Jade advises developers and landowners on a range of renewable energy projects, including EV infrastructure, ground-mounted and rooftop solar, battery storage schemes and anaerobic digestion plant. She works closely with rooftop solar developers and has particular experience preparing title reports in connection with the rollout of portfolio projects across the UK.
Her day-to-day work includes the preparation and negotiation of key transactional documents, such as option agreements, leases and easements. Jade also has extensive experience in producing comprehensive due diligence reports, including title reports and certificates of title.
In addition to her work within the Clean Energy team, Jade supports matters across the wider Commercial Property sector.
Jade brings approximately seven years’ experience in the energy sector and has completed the academic stage of her Level 6 CILEx qualification. She is currently working towards qualifying as a CILEx Fellow, with the aim of achieving this in 2027.

- Acting for PV / battery storage developers in the negotiation of option agreements and leases across multiple sites.
