Jane is a Legal Executive in the Chelmsford corporate team. She has extensive experience in drafting corporate ancillaries in transactions, managing company incorporations, and delivering company secretarial services to private and corporate clients, including multi‑company groups and entities with international parent companies.
Her work includes drafting board minutes, resolutions and associated documents for transactions such as group reorganisations, business sales/purchases, share buybacks and capitalisations, as well as dealing with post completion and stamping formalities.
She also specialises in company formations and the provision of a broad range of company secretarial services to private and commercial clients, including groups of companies (many based overseas).
Jane’s work can involve share allotments/transfers, share buybacks, share capital/officer changes, corporate name changes, capitalisations, registration and discharge of mortgages, dormant company strike-offs, as well as corporate compliance matters such as the creation and maintenance of statutory registers (including PSC Registers), the filing of confirmation statements, dormant accounts, and the correction of faulty filings at Companies House.
