
Jennifer joined the firm in September 2022 as a Trainee Solicitor.
She completed seats in Planning & Environmental, Agriculture and Employee Incentives before qualifying into the Planning & Environment Team in September 2024. She is based in the Ipswich office.
Jennifer advises on contentious and non-contentious environmental, planning and rights of way matters. She works for a wide range of clients including manufacturers, waste management businesses, farmers, landowners, developers and private individuals.
Her experience includes work relating to environmental permitting, environmental prosecutions, planning enforcement and appeals, statutory nuisance and challenges to modifications of the Definitive Map.
Experience & education
Jennifer has a 2:1 in French & German from the University of Cambridge and was part of the first cohort to sit the Solicitor Qualifying Exams (SQE), passing both SQE 1 & 2 in the top quintile.
Jennifer has worked in the USA, Europe and UK and has a background in policy and project management, including a decade working for the National Trust on the natural and historic environment.
