Jess joined Birketts as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2024.
She is currently in her second seat in the Employee Incentives Team in our Ipswich office.
Jess’ first seat was in SIPPS/SSAS Team in which she acted for some of the UKs leading pension providers. Her work included acting on a range of transactions such as the grant and surrender of commercial leases, acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold land and Loanback agreements.
Prior to joining Birketts, Jess studied Law at the University of Warwick. Most recently, she studied at the University of Law in London to achieve her SQE1&2 qualifications.
During her undergraduate degree, Jess was the founder of an initiative which implemented early years education of introductory legal aspects. Jess continues to volunteer to support the local community.
