Joey joined Birketts in January 2023 and is a Solicitor in the Commercial Real Estate Team in our Chelmsford Office.
Prior to joining Birketts, Joey successfully qualified as a Solicitor in September 2021 within a boutique law firm and further practised as a Solicitor in the commercial property team in a private wealth law firm.
Joey deals with a wide range of commercial property transactions including acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties, landlord and tenant matters and property financing work.
Recent experience includes:
- Acting for a multi-disciplinary construction and civil engineering group on various leasehold transactions
- Acting for multinational franchise clients in connection with lease renewals and grants of leases
- Acting for a developer in relation to the sale of multiple office units
