Johanna (Jo) is a Legal Director in our Commercial Real Estate Team and is based in our Chelmsford office.
Having trained at Birketts and qualifying as a Solicitor in September 1998, Jo returned in April 2017 after working for 18 years in the City.
Jo specialises in mixed use developments and has acted for a number of developers in all aspects of development including site acquisition, forward funding, pre-lets and development agreements with local authorities and Registered Social Landlords (RSLs).
