Kaileigh Moreton
Kaileigh is an Associate in our Property Litigation Team, having qualified in September 2018. Kaileigh trained and practised for five years in the City with two leading real estate disputes teams. She has a broad practice which spans both commercial and residential real estate having acted for both landlord and tenants in a wide range of contentious matters.
Her expertise extends to providing advice on complex residential property issues, including rent and service charge disputes, including, most recently in the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. Kaileigh also has experience of advising landlords in relation to a broad variety of insolvency related matters.
Kaileigh also has a broad range of experience in possession cases (both residential and commercial), professional negligence, misrepresentation, and commercial landlord and tenant disputes.
More recently, Kaileigh has developed a specialism in advising building owners, leaseholders and resident management companies affected by unsafe cladding and other fire safety defects.
Kaileigh is based in our Chelmsford office.
