Katherine Amacker
Katherine joined Birketts in May 2024 as a Paralegal. She is based in our Ipswich office, within the firm’s highly successful Commercial Real Estate SIPP / SSAS Team.
Having spent over two years working for a leading Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) provider, Katherine has gained vital insight into the role pension providers take when dealing with commercial property transactions for their members. Katherine has had oversight of commercial property transactions to include but not limited to purchases, disposals, lending, development, and landlord and tenant transactions. This experience aids the types of transactions Katherine deals with here at Birketts and adds a depth of understanding to the process.
Katherine studied at Nottingham Trent University and achieved a First Class Law Degree. This was followed soon after with a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course along side a Masters of Law.
