Kimberley joined Birketts in October 2022 as a Solicitor in our Real Estate Finance Team, based in our Norwich office.
After graduating in 2016 with an undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting, Kimberley then went on to study the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course with BPP University, achieving Distinctions in both.
Kimberley began her legal career in 2019 at a conveyancing firm in Norwich as a Paralegal dealing with all manner of residential property transactions, including Freehold, Leasehold, New Builds, Transfers of Equity and Remortgages. Later, in 2021 she obtained a training contract at the same firm and qualified as a Solicitor in July 2022. Kimberley’s role within the Real Estate Finance Team involves managing an array of transactional matters in respect of secured lending. Such transactions include the refinance or purchase of commercial, semi commercial or Buy to Let properties acting for both lenders and borrowers.
