Lauren Dennis

Lauren Dennis joined Birketts in 2023 and has since qualified as a Solicitor in the firm’s specialist  SIPP and SSAS real estate team. 

Lauren specialises in commercial real estate matters involving Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) and Small Self-Administered Schemes (SSASs). She advises trustees, pension administrators and members on all aspects of pension scheme property investment, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing arrangements, secured lending and pension scheme borrowing. As a member of the firm’s dedicated SSAS team, Lauren works closely with trustees, administrators, accountants and financial advisers to deliver pragmatic and commercially focused solutions.

Prior to Lauren’s qualification in 2026, she joined the firm as a Paralegal in our real estate finance team. As part of her training contract, Lauren sat with the private client advisory team, regulatory and corporate defence team and commercial real estate team before deciding to specialise in SIPP and SSAS real estate.

Lauren is based in our Ipswich office.
