Leidy Gomez
Leidy Gomez (formerly known as Leidy Bragaglia) qualified as a Solicitor in October 2015 and joined Birketts in July 2023. She is an Associate in our Residential Real Estate Team.
Prior to joining Birketts, Leidy worked for firms across London and Tunbridge Wells. Leidy has a wealth of experience with London properties, her last role was based in Pall Mall dealing with a HNW client base.
Leidy handles all types of residential conveyancing matters and advises on a variety of transactions. She has experience of dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions, transfers of equity, lease extensions, first registrations, agricultural, auctions, new build properties and re-mortgages, as well as bridging loans acting for for investors with large portfolios, banks, as well as first time buyers. Leidy has also dealt with overseas clients and foreign lenders, working together with their legal teams for investment properties in England.
As a result of Leidy’s experience with bridging loans and refinancing work, Leidy is able to act for specialist lenders such as Landbay and others with closed panels.
Over the past few years Leidy has worked on a range of commercial and residential property transactions and built good connections. Leidy’s has an excellent reputation amongst her network, with outstanding references on google for her excellent client care and tailored approach. Leidy is also fluent in Spanish. Leidy is a former President of BNI Knightsbridge, where she became known as “the Property Lady (Leidy)”.
Outside of work Leidy is keen on mentoring, public speaking, networking and marketing. Leidy delivers various talks on topics such as a careers and personal development. She was the face and voice in the London Southbank University (2018) campaign which featured on various media platforms.
