Lucinda qualified as a Solicitor in September 2014. She has worked in the Agriculture and Estates sector since qualifying. She re-joined Birketts in 2023 following some time away from law to focus on family life.

Lucinda undertakes a broad range of agricultural property work including but not limited to acquisitions and disposals of farms and land (including overage and options), secured lending, tenancies, internal family reorganisations to put in place succession arrangements, easements and licences. She also has extensive experience in dealing with complex cases involving unregistered land and preparing detailed applications for first registration of some of England’s largest country Estates.

Lucinda acts for a range of clients including private individuals, trustees and partnerships through to landed estates and farming enterprises. Lucinda loves the outdoors and nature. Outside of work you will find her spending time with her family, learning to play the piano, playing tennis and enjoying pilates classes.
