Lucy joined Birketts in September 2022 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified as a Solicitor in the Private Client Team in September 2024. Lucy is based in our Cambridge office.
Lucy assists with a variety of matters including the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and Wills. Lucy also assists the team with administration of estates, trusts and succession and tax planning advice.
During her training contract, Lucy also gained experience in the Planning and Environmental Team, Commercial Property Team and Agriculture and Estates Team.

2022 joined Birketts.
2022 achieved a Distinction in the LPC LLM in Professional Legal Practice at The University of Law, completing elective modules in Family Law, Employment Law, Private Client and Advanced Real Estate.
2021 graduated from Newcastle University with a First Class Degree in Law.
