Lucy is a Solicitor in our Corporate Team based in Norwich.
Lucy advises clients on a range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals, and group re-organisations. She also advises on general company law matters including articles of association, shareholder agreements, share issues, transfers and buybacks.
She joined Birketts as a Paralegal in 2021 in our Real Estate Finance Team before commencing her training contract with the firm in September 2022, where she went on to complete seats in our Agriculture Team, Banking and Finance Team, Employment Team, and Corporate Team.
