Natalie is a specialist commercial property Solicitor and has provided advice and guidance to a variety of organisations including licensed premises, developers, landlords and tenants of commercial premises and high net worth individuals. Since being admitted as a Solicitor in 2008, Natalie has gained a wealth of experience in property sales and acquisitions, lease renewals and the drafting and negotiation of leases.
Natalie qualified as a Solicitor in February 2008. She is a member of our Real Estate Finance Team and is based at our Norwich office.
Natalie is recommended by Legal 500 [UK 2019]. In previous editions, Natalie and colleague Nick Pickersgill are described as “knowledgeable and hands-on”.
