Olivia is a Trainee Solicitor in her second seat in the Commercial Real Estate SIPPs/SSASs Team in the Ipswich office.
Olivia’s first seat was in the Shipping and International Trade Team.
Prior to her Training Contract, Olivia joined Birketts in 2022 as a Paralegal in our Employee Incentives Team, part of the wider Corporate Team. Her role included assisting with the administration and implementation of a wide range of incentive arrangements for employees, including tax approved and non-tax approved share option schemes and employee ownership trust (EOT) matters.
Olivia graduated with a law degree from the University of East Anglia in 2021 and completed the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) in 2024. During her degree, Olivia volunteered at the Norfolk Community Law Service spending time in the Domestic Abuse Advice Service and the Employment and Discrimination Legal Advice Service.
Olivia is the Vice-President and Social Media Manager for the Suffolk & North Essex Junior Lawyers Division and will be taking over as President in 2026.
