Olivia Sherman

Olivia is a Trainee Solicitor in her fourth seat in the corporate team in the Norwich office assisting the team with a wide range of corporate transactions.

Olivia’s first seat was in the shipping and international trade team, her second seat was in the commercial real estate SIPPs/SSASs team and her third seat was in the employee incentives team.

Prior to her Training Contract, Olivia joined Birketts in 2022 as a Paralegal in our employee incentives team. Assisting with the administration and implementation of a wide range of share based and cash-based incentive arrangements for employees, including tax approved and non-tax approved share option schemes and employee ownership trust matters.

Olivia is the Chair and Social Media Manager for the Suffolk & North Essex Junior Lawyers Division.
