Rachel qualified as a Solicitor in October 2001 and joined Birketts in May 2011.

She has specialised as an agricultural lawyer for some years. She advises clients on all aspects of the sale and acquisition of agricultural property, as well as on landlord and tenant matters and on a diverse range of issues relating to agricultural and land law generally.

Rachel is experienced in the interpretation of EU agricultural law and drafting documentation for the implementation of EU common agricultural policy reforms and has a strong understanding of the issues faced by farmers and landowners as they seek to reconcile the requirements of UK and EU law with the business of managing their land and property.

Rachel is based at our Cambridge office.
