Raihan Khoyratee

Raihan is an Associate in our Social Housing Team. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2017, having previously worked in-house for a number of social landlords. Raihan has over 14 years’ experience in a wide range of housing related issues, including disrepair/EPA, succession, ASB and general breach of tenancy related matters.
Prior to qualifying, Raihan worked for a number of social landlords within their Housing Management teams, where he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience on the practicalities of implementing legislation and policy. In light of his unique understanding of the interaction of housing and law, Raihan is called upon frequently to provide training to clients on all aspects of housing management. He also currently works closely with the Bromley CAB providing free housing advise to persons in need.
Raihan is based in our London office.
