Reece joined the Commercial Real Estate Utilities Team as a Paralegal in April 2024 and is based in the Ipswich office.

Working with developers and utility providers, Reece completes initial title register reviews and checks for any restrictions affecting the land of the proposed development. The initial title check information is then uploaded into Birketts’ bespoke Utilities software.
Reece also provides administrative support to fee earners and the wider team, for example, by closing files and liaising with the Land Registry.
