Recent work highlights
Sunday has assisted a client where we successfully mediated a claim for a beneficial share of a £2m mansion house in Nottingham, securing a significant percentage interest for a former partner of the sole owner under a constructive trust.
This was an excellent result for the client and much more significant than had been anticipated in circumstances where the relationship between the parties had been relatively short (only 18 months) and our client had made no financial contribution to the property.
