Talia is a member of our Commercial Real Estate Team and is based in London.
She specialises in commercial leases, largely on the occupier side, acting for tenants. Predominantly, Talia acts for occupiers in London but has a general client base that spans the UK.
Talia also acts for SME’s and acts for landlords and tenants and undertakes some acquisition work including the purchase of freeholds and sales of buildings. Alongside this, she offers her property experience and support to our Corporate and Charity sector Teams.
Her work with the Corporate Team includes advising on the property aspects of buying or selling a business. This includes carrying out due diligence, reporting to our client and assisting with the property elements of the SPA or APA.
Personable and compassionate, Talia helps run our CSR activity in London and is able to use her experience within the charities sector to ensure our fundraising reaches those who need it most.

Assisting with a large scale asset review of a portfolio which consisted of over 60 properties.
