The course is focused on understanding the dividing line between acceptable and unacceptable workplace behaviour, but we go beyond just identifying the behaviour to what we can do as colleagues and managers to make your workplace an inclusive and tolerant environment for all.
This course can be provided to manager groups where we will focus on the heightened responsibilities managers have to effectively deal with areas of conflict. The course can equally be delivered to your employee population as a whole with a focus on our responsibilities to one another in the workplace, which go beyond just avoiding discrimination to showing empathy and tolerance for others to promote a genuinely inclusive working environment for your employees.
Course Content
- Who is protected from discrimination (the protected characteristics and what they mean)?
