Abigail joined Birketts in September 2018.

She is an Associate in our employment team and is based in our Chelmsford office.

Abigail advises a wide range of clients, from large organisations to individuals, helping them navigate the complexities of employment law with confidence. She provides clear, practical guidance on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including disciplinary and grievance proceedings, discrimination, redundancy, employee exits, complex TUPE issues, and restrictive covenants. Abigail also has significant expertise in Employment Tribunal claims, having acted in challenging cases involving discrimination and whistleblowing.
