Geoff joined Birketts in May 2022. He is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Real Estate Team.
Geoff has experience in a broad range of Commercial Property matters, including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant, estate management, property development, property finance and corporate support. Geoff also has a particular focus and significant experience in the Clean Energy sector, particularly in relation to rooftop and ground-mounted solar, battery storage and onshore wind projects.
Geoff has experience working for a broad range of clients, including developers, investors, occupiers and funders across the commercial property spectrum. In particular, Geoff has recently been involved on a significant number of transactions in the healthcare and hospitality sectors.
Prior to joining Birketts, Geoff worked for two multinational law firms.
Outside of work, Geoff enjoys playing cricket and has recently taken up running with mixed (but improving) results.
Geoff is primarily based in our Ipswich office.
