Lauren Dennis

Lauren joined Birketts in June 2023 as a Paralegal in our Real Estate Finance Team, part of the wider Commercial Property Team based in our Norwich office. She will commence a training contract in September 2024 in our Ipswich office.

Lauren’s role within the team involves managing an array of transactional matters in respect of secured lending. Such transactions include the refinance or purchase of commercial, semi-commercial or Buy to Let properties. Lauren will also be providing assistance and liaising with the lender on Bridging matters.

Prior to joining Birketts, Lauren studied a degree in LLB Law at The University of Warwick and is currently undertaking her LLM Legal Practice (Solicitors) Course at BPP University in Cambridge, which she will finish in the Summer 2023.
