Lottie Fletcher

Lottie joined Birketts as a trainee in 2010, qualifying as a corporate finance Solicitor in September 2012. She is a Senior Associate in our Banking and Finance Team.
Lottie has a wide variety of experience advising both lenders and borrowers on all aspects of general corporate lending and real-estate finance transactions (in particular real-estate development finance). This includes advising on term loans, revolving credit agreements, acquisition finance, ABL, security packages and Intercreditor arrangements.
As a key aspect of her day-to-day work Lottie prides herself on building relationships and working closely with clients to achieve not only their goals but (when acting for lenders) the goals of their customers.
Key clients include high street banks, alternative lenders as well as both corporate and individual borrowers.
Lottie is named as a ‘key lawyer’ in Legal 500 [UK 2020]. Clients in this edition note that Lottie “is prompt in responding to us, manages our cases well and to agreed timescales. She is also available for any queries which may simply require a short conversation on the telephone” and that she is “amazing”, “has high integrity and the quality of work is always top-class”.
Outside of the office Lottie enjoys horse riding, paddle boarding, the theatre and walking Lola the Labrador.
