Rosie Morgan

Rosie joined Birketts in September 2022 as a Trainee Solicitor. She is currently in her third seat in our Family Team in Ipswich, where she assists the team on a variety of matters including divorce, financial issues arising from divorce, and disputes involving children.

Rosie’s previous seats have been with our Agriculture and Estates Team and the Housebuilder Team, where she has gained experience assisting landowners through agricultural property transactions, and developers with site acquisitions and residential development.

Prior to joining Birketts, Rosie studied a degree in Law with Psychology at the University of Southampton, graduating with a First Class Degree. Following this, she went on to study the Legal Practice Course and graduated with a Distinction. Rosie completed electives in Employment, Family and Intellectual Property. Whilst at University, she actively engaged in pro bono opportunities such as assisting the Legal Advice Clinic and partaking in the ‘Streetlaw’ initiative to educate college students about the law.

Outside of work Rosie enjoys playing netball, going to the gym, baking, and socialising with friends and family.
