Simona joined Birketts in September 2018. She is as an Associate in our Corporate Team.
Simona provides advice on matters including the sale, purchase and restructuring of businesses, lending arrangements for companies, compliance with the Companies Act 2006 and investment transactions. She also provides independent legal advice to individuals on the terms of personal guarantees, subordination deeds, legal charges and third party security agreements.
Simona is fluent in Lithuanian and speaks basic Russian.
Simona is based at our Cambridge office.
