Birketts advises on acquisition of Contact Electrical

Birketts has advised David Seaman, Leon Hudson, and Ashley Manning on the acquisition of Contact Electrical Ltd via a management buy-out from its former management team, Mark Eames and David Seaman.
Contact Electrical, which designs and installs electrical systems into commercial and domestic properties, has built a strong reputation in East Anglia over the last 36 years. Under its new ownership the growth of the business will continue across the region, providing its range of services to customers.
The Birketts team was led by Greg Allan (Partner, Corporate) and Sam Varney (Solicitor, Corporate), with support from Leanna Romano (Paralegal, Corporate) and Robbie Watson (Senior Associate, Corporate Tax).
