Birketts has advised East Anglian dog food manufacturer Skinner’s on their acquisition of a majority shareholding in wet dog food company Naturediet.
The acquisition was handled by Birketts’ Corporate team. Mark Henry (Partner, Corporate) and Emma Bysouth (Associate, Corporate) led the Birketts’ team, supported by Keith Andrews (Senior Associate, Real Estate), Abigail Powell (Solicitor, Employment) and Liam Green (Solicitor, Regulatory).
