Birketts has advised Richard Barber and his family on the sale of Delenco Foods Limited, a well‑established supplier in the food sector, to Red Sky Food Group.
The transaction marks an important milestone for Richard and his family, who have successfully grown Delenco Foods into a respected business within the industry. Red Sky Food Group’s acquisition will support the company’s continued development and expansion.
