Birketts’ Corporate Team advises Poly-Pure Limited on its acquisition by Epwin PLC.
Founded in 2017, Poly-Pure Limited is a PVC recycling company, based in Norfolk, which refines PVC plastics to be recycled and reused.
Epwin Group PLC, founded in 1976 as a PVC-U window manufacturer, has expanded to become a market leader in the manufacture of energy efficient and low maintenance building products for the repair, maintenance and improvement, social housing and new build markets in the UK.
Birketts’ Corporate Team was led by Adrian Possener (corporate), assisted by Macauley Alsford (corporate), Robbie Watson (tax), Ben Lewins (employment) and Rebecca Bond (property).
