Birketts has advised Verve Group Limited on the off-market sale of Bedford Heights, a prominent business centre in Bedford, to Sirius Real Estate for more than £15 million.
Formerly the UK headquarters of electronics giant Texas Instruments, Bedford Heights is a 238,000 sq ft business centre comprising a mix of contemporary office space, co-working, conference and meeting facilities along with an on-site gym and hotel.
The deal was structured as a share sale of the company owning Bedford Heights, with Birketts providing full legal support throughout the deal.
The Birketts team was led by John England (Commercial Real Estate), supported by Seamus Clifford (Corporate), Anatasia Whitlock (Corporate), Josh Walker (Corporate), Will Hudson (Commercial Real Estate), Sarah Bull (Employment), Elizabeth Toloui (Commercial Real Estate) and Ryan Smith (Corporate Tax).
