Birketts expands Employment Team with Partner appointment

Birketts, a UK Top 50 law firm, has announced the appointment of Sarah Bull to its highly regarded Employment Team. Sarah has joined the firm to be based in London, taking the number of Partners within the Employment Team to seven.
Sarah has over 20 years’ experience working in City and International law firms advising businesses, non-profits and individuals on the full spectrum of employment issues with a particular focus on international projects and co-ordinating cross-border advice. She regularly advises on senior executives’ contractual documentation and exits; complex disputes, conduct and performance issues; whistleblowing and grievances; large scale redundancy and restructuring exercises; employment issues arising out of outsourcings, acquisitions and disposals; employment status; harassment and discrimination. She also specialises in advice on partner exits and restrictive covenants.
Sarah’s clients include UK and US investment management and professional services firms, international and national charities and non-profits.
